What we collect

When you request an introduction, we save your name, phone number, submission time, an opaque request identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions, and the version of the contact notice you accepted. Your calculator selection stays in your browser and is not submitted with your inquiry.

How we use it

xDomu uses your inquiry to contact you about finding a Bay Area buyer agent. By submitting the form, you authorize us to share your name and phone number with one of our partner agents for that introduction. We do not distribute your inquiry to multiple agents or use the form as consent for unrelated marketing or automated marketing texts.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores inquiries in a private D1 database. The public website cannot list or retrieve leads. Authorized xDomu operators can access inquiries to respond to them. Cloudflare may process connection and security information to deliver the site and prevent abuse. A security check may send information to Cloudflare Turnstile; see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics and browser storage

This site does not use advertising pixels or product analytics. The form uses a temporary identifier to avoid duplicate submissions and a security token when needed. Your contact details are not placed in the page URL or used as analytics data.

Your choices

You may decline an introduction, ask us to stop contacting you, or request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. Reply to the xDomu representative who contacts you, or use the inquiry form to request a call. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to handle the introduction and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. A new purpose for sharing contact details will require appropriate notice and permission.
